Brief history of the company

The company MAVARI d.o.o. was established in 1992. Its initial activity was organising engineering business, first of all in the field of industrial equipment, mainly metallurgic and machine construction. Following the above, in some years after the establishment, the company supplied the equipment to steel plants in China, Belgium, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Venezuela, USA, etc.. Nowadays, supplying the equipment still presents an important share of our sales.

However, in parallel, we have started to trade industrial tools: tools for pressure die-casting of metals and moulds for injection-processing plastic. In order to satisfy the more demanding wishes of our clients, we have initiated our own mould/tool construction. In 1995, we have purchased an excellent 3D CAD system for this kind of work, which has been put in practice in 1996.

Following our wish to upgrade our services, we have organised our own production of plastic products in the second half of 2003.

We have certification according to the ISO 9001:2008.

Brief presentation of the company

We are young and dynamic company wishful of proving ourselves. We work in the field of mould/tool construction and production of plastic products independently and co-operate with other partners in other areas of our work. The majority of our products/services (95%) are sold on foreign markets, where our buyers are acknowledged companies from automotive and electro industry, industry of domestic appliances, and from the field of mould/tool-making and machine construction. We have developed into a biro, which recognises no limits in sense of demanding jobs. Each task, entrusted to us by our clients is taken very seriously and at our full capacity. We know that this is the only way of surviving on the market.

Our production shall be modern, ecologically clean, friendly to environment and our employees.

Goals

Besides continuous development of activities of our work, our goals are as follows:

· organising a modern, computeraided production of demanding plastic products;

· initiating more CAE-sw, which will enable a simulation of plastic splash, die-casting and calculations according to FEM.
